First steps
- Register an authorized website.
- Prove website ownership through DNS.
- Review tracking privacy permissions.
- Install the script after valid consent.
- Enable collection and test actual visits.
Agency client operations
Create an agency workspace
Create a separate agency workspace without changing the existing business account or customer data. Only workspace owners can do this.
Client workspaces
Register an agency client
Assign a team member to one client
Members gain access only to clients explicitly assigned by the agency owner. They must already be members of the agency workspace.
Assign an existing website
Choose an unassigned website. Sites retain their original client ownership; linking never enables tracking or bypasses verification and consent.
Connect your website
Register a domain
Verification is required before any site can accept tracking. Registration never activates tracking by itself.
Tracking installation
Place this code inside your consent manager's consent-granted callback. Never load the script before consent.
Select a registered website to generate your snippet.
On withdrawal call window.mwVisitorIntelligenceWithdraw() to stop tracking and erase the current session.

Operator two-factor authentication
Checking security configuration…
Use a trusted authenticator application on your own device. Confirm your current password to begin. MFA is enabled only after you verify the code and securely save your recovery codes.
Add this secret to your authenticator, using TOTP / SHA-1 / 6 digits / 30 seconds. Do not send the secret to anyone. Setup expires after 10 minutes.
Save these 10 single-use recovery codes offline now. They cannot be retrieved again. Never email or share them.
Transactional email delivery check
Operator-only. Sends one test email to your signed-in owner address. Does not invite customers, enable signup or grant access. Limited to three requests in 24 hours. Verify final delivery in Resend and your inbox.

Invite teammate
Only workspace owners can create invitations. When email is unavailable, share this 48-hour, one-use bearer link privately with the intended recipient. Public registration stays disabled.
Remove workspace access
Owner-only. Removes a team member and any unused invitations for the email, and immediately invalidates that person’s active application sessions. Existing owners cannot be removed here.
